Registration must be completed and payment received by November 15 to incur the early bird rates. After this date, the rates will increase as per the table below.

NOTICES - ACM Publication and New Charging Policy
***** If you register for full paper, please pay attention that open access is essential for ACM publishing house. The registration fee does not include APC. You need to pay extra APC if you want to publish your paper. The fee will be charged by ACM separately.

For conferences publishing in this new model, all ICSIE papers will be published Open Access (OA). If you are the corresponding author of a paper in conference that is to be published in ICSIE, please note below:
Important update on the new ACM open access publishing model for ICPS!

ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library, unless one of their co-authors' institutions is a member or they qualify for a waiver. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance.

For 2025, ACM is subsidizing APC pricing for ICPS as follows:

The 2025 subsidized APC rate for ICPS papers will be $350.
For papers where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $250.
For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a lower-middle-income country, the APC rate will be $175.
For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a lower-middle-income country and where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $125.
For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a low-income country, no APC is required.

Registration Fees

All fees are quoted in US dollars. Fees are tax-exempt.

 Following rules must be applied: 

1. Registrations without payment are not valid.
   
2. At least one author MUST register paying authors’ registration fee in order for their paper to be considered for presentation and included in the conference proceedings. 
   
3. Author registration includes the presentation of one paper. 
   
4. Additional (up to 2) presentations by the same author imply an extra cost per paper/presentation. The special reduced fee for authors is applicable only once per accepted submission.
5. Student fee for an author is applicable, if the paper was solely written by students not older than 30 years. A confirmation about the student status and the age of all authors from the university is necessary.  A student ID card is necessary.

Cancellation Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. 
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Accommodation

The accommodation fee is not included in the registration fee. You are suggested to make the room reservation as early as you can.

Property Safety

For your property safety, please take good care of your belongings, and valuables should be deposited to the front desk during the conference. If things lost, the conference organizer shall not be responsible for yours!
